I founded RRP Advisory after working as a Solutions Engineer at Intelisys, one of the largest Technology Solutions Distributors in the IT Services Channel. In that role, I worked directly with businesses to understand their technical challenges and business goals, designing solutions that aligned with both and learning not just what each vendor offers, but what they are actually good at and which types of businesses they serve best.

What I kept seeing was a consistent gap. Businesses had needs their IT service provider wasn't fulfilling, opening the door to outside providers who had no loyalty to the original relationship. IT service providers were selling the same generic solution to every customer because it was what they knew, leaving clients internally second guessing whether they were truly getting the best fit for their needs. And every time an IT service provider said "we don't do that," they were walking away from revenue that the Channel could have captured for them.

That gap is why RRP Advisory exists.
